Who we're looking for

A specific kind of operator.

Deliverance is not a research lab. It is not a slide deck. It is a platform with customers, embedded engineering teams, and a regulator-credibility bar. You will ship things the board, the CISO, and the auditor all sign off on, and you will be measured on whether they did.

We hire for: deep technical depth, customer instinct, regulator literacy, a bias to ship, and the willingness to sit with a customer until the workflow is in production.

We do not hire for: pure research without delivery, pitch-only product instincts, pre-formed cynicism about enterprise customers, or anyone who needs a thousand-person org around them to do good work.
