At the core sits a layered brain. Three tiers of context, wired directly into the customer's systems of record. Every agent draws on the right context at the right level, with governed separation between tiers and a single rule for conflicts.

Context resolution

When an agent runs, it stacks the three tiers in order, User → Functional → Org, and resolves any conflict in favour of the tier above. No tier can elevate its own permissions. Every read is logged.

The shared layer every agent in the enterprise draws on. Strategic direction, brand voice, group-level policies, the things that should be true everywhere agentic AI operates.

Personalised to the person the agent serves. Their active projects, recent decisions, preferred templates, communication style. Built from explicit input plus working signal, and visible only to the agents that serve them.

Governance rule

Inherits Functional and Org. Personalisation is bounded by both. A user cannot grant themselves access their function or org has not authorised.

The cascade is the governance. Org policy reaches every agent. Functional knowledge reaches only its function. User context reaches only its user. And every read, every write, every conflict resolution is captured in the immutable audit ledger.
