These terms govern access to and use of the Deliverance AI website and any marketing materials, demos, or evaluations made available through it. For commercial use of the Deliverance AI platform itself, separate written agreements (MSA, DPA, SOW) apply and take precedence.

1. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to mislead anyone about your identity or affiliation, attempt to access non-public systems, exfiltrate content at scale, or interfere with other users' ability to use the site.

2. Content

All marketing copy, design, code samples, whitepapers, and visual assets on this site are © Deliverance AI unless explicitly licensed otherwise. The Enterprise Whitepaper is made available for download under a non-commercial, non-redistributive reading licence.

3. Demo requests & trials

Submitting a demo request does not create a customer relationship. Information you share during evaluations is treated as confidential and held under NDA. We respond to demo requests within one business day.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
