Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 June 2026 · UK GDPR & EU GDPR compliant
Deliverance AI is UK-founded and UK/EU-headquartered. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. Our platform handles customer data separately, under contract, and that posture is detailed in your DPA, this policy covers only marketing-website data.
What we collect
- Information you submit via the demo-request, careers, and contact forms (name, work email, company, role, use case).
- Anonymous usage analytics (page views, referrers, device class) via a privacy-respecting analytics provider.
- A first-party session cookie required for the consent banner to remember your choice.
What we don't collect
We do not buy lists, scrape LinkedIn, run third-party advertising pixels, or share form data with marketing intelligence vendors. We do not train models on your visit.
Lawful basis
Demo and contact submissions: legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, with consent at point of submission. Analytics: anonymous and aggregated, no UK/EU consent required.
Your rights
UK and EU residents have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of them, email privacy@deliverance.ai. We respond inside one calendar month, usually sooner.
Data residency & transfers
Website data is stored within the UK / EEA. We do not transit personal data through US-controlled infrastructure unless you explicitly choose a US-hosted touchpoint. Deliverance AI is not subject to the US CLOUD Act.
Retention
Demo and contact submissions are held for 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is aggregated to monthly cohorts after 90 days.
